The Effects of Energy on our Physicality

What I want to remark on here is just how much there are changes going on on a more global pattern here on the whole planet. You can’t help but be affected by them. I just want to remind you of that – to not keep looking for solutions to why you feel the way you do or why you are dealing with certain issues in your physiology and seeing it only wrapped in what that is about on that personal level. Really and truly, you have to acknowledge your part in the bigger picture. All of us when we are in physical form, when we are in the human flesh and blood, are going to feel the ramifications of what is happening on the greater scale. I just want to remind you of that so you will let go of some of the concern and the issues that become so plaguing when you are not feeling up to par, when your vitality isn’t where you want it to be. Just acknowledge for a little while; okay, this is, in part, my way of holding and taking care of some of the energy that is going on here in the human condition.

You have no idea when you are there how much you are connected to the greater condition of what it is like to be in the human species. I see it. I feel it. I know it so much better than you do because I’m not caught up in it. I’m not immersed in it. I’m not covered up by it. So I’m just adding this to your mix so you can acknowledge it and not become so concerned about what you should do to fix what is not feeling quite right. Just acknowledge in those moments when it is a bit off that you’ve just taken on another hit for those who can’t particularly take it themselves in the physical world. You’ve been willing to hold that and take your part in it and so here you are.

Now I don’t mean, of course, just ignore something that you need some attention for. You know that. You’ll go and do that. I’m just trying to point out don’t be so quick to because you have no idea how in a moment it can transmit through you and finally feel a bit better. It is just because you’ve been willing to be a part of all of this and help heal. That, of course, is going to come as an effect in your own bodily functioning.

Would souls who are awake and recognizing spirit and the collective nature of our journey here as humans be more likely to be affected by what you are speaking of than someone who is not awake or conscious or aware of it?

Of course you are asking the question because you recognize in some degree that the answer is going to be the affirmative. Without a doubt, there is a sense that consciousness adds to the intensity of feeling in the human world. How could it not? The more conscious you are about anything the more you are going to realize it is affecting you and of course you are going to feel it. You will translate it into certain nuances, subtleties or even more overt, not so subtle ways of feeling it in your very body and your emotions. So the more awake you are, of course, you are opening the portals, the doors, to have more rush in. It is as if you move the clutter out of the way and the space becomes flowing. There is a sense of give and take and in and out. What you don’t realize is that when you do open up to it and you do have the sensations they don’t have to get blocked and stuck in your body or your functioning - emotionally or mentally. You can just recognize; alright, my consciousness, my awakening to spirit is opening up these portals so in comes some energy of the more collective human experience. It will be a bit daunting, a bit dicey, a bit difficult maybe to accommodate for a moment so then I’ll have some feelings, some issues going on inside of me.

The real trick becomes just acknowledging that and letting it go through. When you go to fear - and you go to concern at what you are feeling and what you are experiencing and wondering then if you have to do something with that fear - then that’s where the block happens. That’s where it almost gets trapped inside of your beingness and then you really do have issues of physical nature that perhaps are a bit debilitating. But if you acknowledge that you will be this vessel and that it will flow through you and you will be affected by it but you are not intending to hold it by fear – you aren’t going to fence it in by worry and say, “Now I have to do something about it” - then you let it keep going. It moves on through and it has used its purpose with you, so to speak, and gone on to the greater cosmos, to the energy on a more multi-dimensional level. It is difficult, I know, to grasp this when you are in the body feeling so much of the physical issues of that but I’m telling you it is the truth. The more you couch it this way and define it this way you will realize it flows through you and doesn’t become as difficult as it could be.

Your optimum health changes moment to moment so you must recognize this. It is not as if there is a stagnant measurement, a template that says, “This is the best you. Now measure yourself against it.” The flow that you are in now and the recognition that it is constantly changing may seem a bit frustrating to you in the physical but it truly is nothing to be concerned about and nothing you need to give any fear or worry to. The idea of the shifting, the idea of the movement in one moment to another to another, is something that is not only valuable but it is helping you recognize that you can’t really call yourself healthy or not healthy based on a set of conditions. While, of course, you want to do that - as that is what your human selves do - you have to recognize that at certain junctures you are just grounded in the idea in the physical plane that you are here to maintain the energy; not only to survive and be here but because you know that in the process you are adding something valuable.

That is really where your focus wants to go now without the expectation that you are supposed to feel just perky and wondrous every moment. The whole idea of the ebb and flow is coming not just so you’ll get the nuances of what life here in this physical, human life plane is all about but so that you will turn yourself over to the energy of joining on levels that you don’t even know you are. Now it may seem incompatible - that you have to be looking at yourself joining when you are not feeling so well. But, really and truly, when you get your focus off of whatever it is that you think you are supposed to be functioning at and just simply be in the place of acceptance that you are here and this particular element of how you are functioning is real also and you just deal with it, it is not there to hurt you or debilitate you, then you’ll begin to find that your own level of acceptance, your own level of flow, is so much more in sync and does not then bother you as much. Really and truly you are changing your own gauging of what is debilitating or bothersome to you. When you do that then you handle the vitality of life with so much more enthusiasm and far less concern about what might be going wrong. So, yes, as much as it sounds simple we are stating it this way. Get yourself into shifting your perception of what is well and what is not and then you will begin to find you have far more well moments than you do the other.

How can we apply this specifically in our lives? For example, I am on a protocol to control my blood sugar but as a result my weight is dropping to where I think it is just a whisper too low. I am concerned that if my weight drops too low I will be drawing on the protein in my body to survive. I feel fine but I don’t want to end up damaging my body.

We recognize and know that what you are trying to do through this particular regimen is regulate what it is that you know is best for the vitality, the functioning of your body when it concerns sugar intake. So you are looking at ways that can naturally happen with your diet, what your intake is all about, to affect this. That, in itself, is astute. There is nothing wrong with that pursuit. Yet you must also recognize that you are at a stage where you want to have some bulk. You want to be able to put your weight into whatever form and whatever fashion feels comfortable to you in the moment while you are not throwing your sugar so out of whack. So instead of following the regimen precisely as those would dictate it to you, use your head. Take the step without worry and concern that you are somehow not eating precisely right for your blood type and instead just watch the sugar intake but eat as much as you possibly can of those particular items and ingredients that are not full of sugar.

Do not follow anything with such a regimen or such strickness of looking at it as somehow if you stray you are going to corrupt it. At this time and this moment the flow of your body is going to tell you if you are losing weight when you do not need to lose weight then something is off in the balance. You already know and recognize quite clearly how you have to watch the sugar, so just make sure that the ingredients in those things that you consume are not overreacting and pushing you to the limits with the sugar. That does not mean you do not take in and ingest those items that will, yes, add some weight to you, give you a bit of paunch, take you into that sense of having some stability without depleting your energy but giving you a little more weight, as you say.

There is a way to do this. It just simply means not being so vigilant but yet watching with common sense what it is that you know can throw you out of whack. You have the ability to do this. You can take what you know about yourself and what it is that you react to and not live it with such huge rigidity. Move beyond that but use what it is you know from the knowledge of your own self and your own body and then you will find there is a homeostasis and equilibrium that will come in to your body that you will know instinctively feels balanced.
